look at pics cw45 has "front metal rail wear" (right side only) tip of rail 1/2 size (thickness of rail) of left size! cocking cam has wear also! is this happing to other cw45? cocking cam i can polish down, but front rail worries me! slide barely engages front rail as is. if it wears off or breakes might stop slide from going back? give me your opinions!

I can't tell from my cell phone, but is the plastic frame chewed up in pic no.1? How many rounds through the gun?

I'd say you have one of the ones with the frame rails too short. The slide it wearing the front as it's leaving and entering the frame rails.
Call or email Kahr. Tell them you got the short frame rail issue.

They should send a pickup tag. You'll get a new frame with a new serial number so it will have to go back to your dealer.

That pistol needs a trip home. Looks like a front rail issue at least. That may cause the odd wear pattern

My PM45 did the same thing, and even worse. Kahr replaced everything but the slide, barrel, and sights. And... it came back with by far the smoothest trigger of any of my three Kahr pistols, so it was worth the two and a half week wait.

Kahr as a matter of policy, only ships replacement receiver equipped pistols to FFLs.
