Got my brand new CM9 out to shoot today, proud to say 100 rounds of ball and 12 Speer Gold Dots and 7 Federal Hydro Shocks went through it with out a single issue.
I thought this thing would recoil a bit more than my CW9 but it didn't, no magazine pinch with the Pearce pinky extension either, I did a few double taps too with out any issue, love the trigger.
Anyway, with all the complaints I see on the net about CM9's I just wanted to post that mine works so far.
Congrats...mine is good to go as well.
The CM is a fine little bargain :)

Yes sir it is, I'm waiting on a 7 round mag in the mail, once it gets here I'm going to run another 100 rounds through it and call it broken in.

My new break in on Speer Lawman TMJ.. Shot a little low at 7 yards. Probably just me.

Coincidentally I took my new CM9 out to the range for the initial break in today. I've had it a couple of weeks, but didn't have the time to shoot it. I already own a PM9, but when I saw a CM9 for such a low price I figured I'd get it. It will be a good gun to lock in he car in the event I go somewhere I can't bring a gun. I don't want to leave a $700 pistol in the car. The only modification I made after thoroughly cleaning it was putting a Hogue Handall Junior grip on it. It makes a real difference.
I have a lot of 9mm ammo, lots of brands and types. I dug out a bunch of remnants and a couple I thought would be candidates for carry ammo. I shot mostly JHPs. I put well over 400 rounds through it today without a hitch. It seemed to be the most accurate with Federal 124gr HST standard pressure, Remington 147gr Golden Saber and Hornady Critical Defense. I'm going to carry the HSTs. For a tad over $300 this sure is a shootin machine.

Yep, sounds like you got a good one. Congrats!
Curious as to why you got the CM9 seeing as you already had a CW9?

Point blank, that's good to hear, I didn't shoot for accuracy with mine, I just wanted to function test it, I was really happy with it, next time id like to put targets up, I will admit, since seeing a rattle snake in these mountains I'm very afraid to go further back into the woods where we have a berm set up to hang targets.
I shot at an old floor model flat screen tv we have out there as a "reactive " target, also took my new to me FEG hi power clone out, had a bunch of fail to feeds and a case got stuck in the chamber.
My buddy was not home so I couldn't get in his tool shed to get anything to clear the gun, so it went down after about 30 rounds, got it home and installed a new Wolff extractor spring and I think that should solve my issues.

Fits in my pocket better than the CW9, and because my buddy offered it to me for $200 brand new in the box, couldn't pass that deal up.

Wish I had a few friends like that! Congrats on a great score on a nice pistol. I love my little CM9.

I keep saying that the 9mm poly Kahrs are the best of the bunch.

Did you have to trim the hogue grip any? I have talon grips now but will need to replace them soon as they are starting to peel up

Another 50 rounds through it today, had a single issue with the new 7 round mag , looked like the round didn't come all the way up and got stuck, the mag wouldn't drop and the round wouldn't chamber.
I smacked the mag on the bottom and the slide dropped and I continued to shoot, this new mag won't drop free of the gun, I think it needs to be cleaned.
I'm out of solvent
