I haven't shot my P380 for a while because .380 has been unobtanium around here. At my local mega-mart, which has had an empty ammo cabinet for over a year a few boxes of Winchester "Train and Defend" 95 gr FMJ showed up. I've been leery of truncated nose ammunition from all the reports on Kahrtalk about FTF but I thought what the heck and bought a couple of boxes.

I ran 50 rounds at lunch today and I'm glad to report I had no FTF, FTRB, FTE, or stovepipes. The slide locked back on every empty mag and never locked back on a loaded mag. The ammo and the P380 ran exactly like they're supposed to. 44 rounds went in a 6" dia. circle at 7 yds. The last 6 all went in a 9" paper plate at 20 yds.

Sounds promising.

Congrats! That's some very good shooting with a pocket .380 even considering the really nice sights on the Kahr.

I recently bought over 500 rounds; 200 rounds of Blazer Brass online and a 250 Rem Mega-Pack at a local BPS. Both were in the 38 cents/rd range. Look harder.

Points out how close the Political Progressives are to removing the right to bear arms. No ammo, no RTBA. I still have a bunch of Magtec 380 from 07. Bought 2000 rounds but since then I almost always shoot handloads.

I have a CZ 83 used as a car gun in Texas in .380.

I use Buffalo Bore 100 grain hard cast flat nose ammo in it as my defense load.

It has proven to be an accurate and reliable round. I ordered the ammo from Able Ammo here in Texas.
