Looking to get some feedback from folks here. I own a PM9, and more recently a CW380.

Both guns run great, and have been very reliable, fun to shoot etc. However, I have one question on the CW380 trigger. Unlike the PM9 trigger which is very smooth through the entire travel of the trigger, the CW380 has some take up.

When you pull the trigger there is a fair amount of take up, the first 1/4 to 1/3 of the travel takes very little, to no force to move, then the trigger makes a "click", and then it gets into the smooth trigger pull, similar to the PM9. I must say, I'm not liking this, and it somewhat detracts from an otherwise excellent pocket gun.

Is this typical of the CW380? Is the P380 like this as well? Is there something wrong with my gun that needs to be fixed?

Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks.

My CW380 trigger is very similar to my cm9. Both fairly smooth with no "click"
From your description something doesn't seem right

Mine did that also. Check where the spring rubs on the trigger bar. I put a small dab of grease on this area and the click is gone. Dan

WHAT WHALEMAN SAYS is the way to gon, no doubtr there is a small burrin kthat area and some greast right on that little spring where it attaches ot the trigger bar will take care of that, and with more rounds, it will smooth itself out. U can pull that side plade off and see directly where it is needed. If u feel industrious u can take sme fine 600+ grit paper and smootha that trigger bar where that little spring hooks up to it. Ur gun is OK we have seen this beofre and whaleman is right o target IMO>

mine has the same bit of take up, except no click...I don't find it a problem.

I'd agree with what Jocko said, but every time I do his head gets a little bigger. I've heard that he's already looking for an 11 gallon hat to wear on his sheep ranch! :)
