I was thinking on the same lines. If the BG walked in on you just after you had finished cleaning and loading your gun and mags and they were still laying there on the bench in front of you.

did you guys watch the whole video? ya got to carry a bag over your shoulder with 6, 5 shot J-frames in it, that's 30 shots. get the wife and kids to pick them up and reload 'em, dad's busy. (I just had to laugh pretty hard when they went old school with revolvers to prove the point.)

Many of those scenarios you speak of are shot in IDPA. We often have them set where you are at a table empty and have to star with a load and fire. The one thing I did notice in the video was that until the last mag they always reloaded with one in the chamber so the didn't have to close the slide. The things they were trying to show though, was not a defensive shoot but an offensive shoot. That was where the idea with the extra of the multi revolvers come from. I actually think he was kind of slow for having his nags out in front ready to grab.
