Looks like the naval surface weapons center at Dahlgren Virginia. Spent an afternoon on a tour there a while back. Very interesting place.

I heard WalMart will be carrying ammo for it, but it will be limited to one box per person per day...

I'm a bit concerned with over penetration. Squirrel is my favorite game meat.
