A New One

Been quite a while since I bought a brand new Kahr. Out of town on vacation this week and decided to check out the local selection of firearms and motorcycles while Mom and the kids enjoyed the pool. Last place on my list turned out to be large and well stocked. I was pleasantly surprised to find, unlike most stores, they had a wide variety of Kahr pistols and my search for a new P9 was finally over. However, another dilemma now presented itself. Standard stainless slide or black diamond? Standard sights or night sights? Opted for the "bottom of the barrel" standard finish and sights. Made the purchase, opened the box and discovered they come with three magazines now! Like I said, it's been quite a while.

Now, I'm kicking myself in the butt for not bringing my cleaning kit and accessories with me. The inauguration will have to wait until I return home sometime this weekend.

I bought my first Kahr for concealed carry early this year, also a P9. I got mine from Buds Gunshop online. Buds offers a discount, free shipping, and no sales tax. I've put 600 rounds through it since, and except for a few FTCs during the break-in period, no problems. Couldn't be happier with my new gun.
