Does anyone know of a flush-fit flat base plate mag for the CW45 that will work without modification?

I have my CW45 in my carry rotation, but with the standard factory magazine the little pinky extension causes the gun to print just a little too much for my liking. I'm looking for a magazine (like an officers/compact size 1911 magazine) with a flat base plate that will fit flush to the bottom of the grip, which would serve to make the grip about 1/2 inch shorter than with the standard magazine. I do not have the tools or the ability or the desire to do any modifications, so it would have to work as-is. I believe I read in another thread that someone was able to use the factory follower and spring in an officers 1911 mag.

Any help would be appreciated.

It may not be a flush fit, but folks are reporting that an ACT-MAG works (to include locking the slide back) with no modification and holds seven rounds. For more info on the ACT-MAG (blued AMO4507PFB/nickel AMO4507PFN) see this thread: http://www.kahrtalk.com/showthread.php?t=17876
There is an ACT-MAG available in a six round configuration that should fit flush in a CW/P 45: http://www.act-mag.com/index.php/id-1911-mags.html , but I've seen no info in regards to anyone using them in a Kahr pistol.

My own experience:
I run mostly Officer's/compact size 1911 mags in my CW45.
I've yet to find a 1911 follower that will lock the slide back consistently (I haven't tried any ACT-MAGS yet), so I use Kahr followers and springs in the Officers/compact magazine tubes.
I've not had to modify the catch/latch window on any of the Officer's/compact magazines I use (they all lock in place just fine), but YMMV.
I've modified the top of all the 1911 magazine tubes I use to insure they don't contact the extractor or the slide. This modification can be done easily with a file.
If you're interested in what I've done to the mags I use, see post #9 in this thread: http://www.kahrtalk.com/showthread.p...gazine-UPDATED (http://www.kahrtalk.com/showthread.php?3317-CW45-P45-Flush-fit-magazine-UPDATED)

the chip McCormick 7 round mag I bought seems to work well. did have to file the top a bit to clear the extractor but otherwise it's fine
