I pointed out to my wife this morning the oddity of 4 pacific hurricanes bunched up with 2 headed for Hawaii and the other 2 for Japan. She said haven't you heard of H.A.A.R.P.? Since I hadn't I looked it up. Wow was I surprised! If you watch the YouTube video note the years and what's happened to our weather since. BTW.... The environs want us to stop whatever, yet this program intentionally heats up the ionosphere big time - and it's man made!

I thought it might be interesting to see what would happen with the weather if all those harp stations were to turn off for a couple years. Hmmmm.

Now for those of you really into conspiracy theories, this is probably old news. Keep in mind I'm a tad slow to catch on occasionally. :)

Did they cause the Hawaii earthquake today, too? And Loretta Fuddy's plane crash and death?

It has also driven some mad.............who insist that they can hear the low frequency noise 24/7...................in a few small towns, everyone can hear it, and it drives them mad. Been said that it's responsible for sea mammal beachings............................

Remember the Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis claimed to have been subjected to ELF extreme low frequency waves for 3 months before it drove him mad and he went on his killing rampage...Alexis was a contractor to the Navy and worked on ELF projects and even had ELF carved into the sawed off wood handle of the Remington 870 shotgun he used......Maybe there was something more to what he was saying other than a mad mans ramblings.....

Yeah Jesse Ventura the primal idiot thought he had some story on it causing geologic oddities. Just more nonsense from the Chicken Little Crowd.

This is what you call your basic prime B.S. Everyone knows that only an Indian rain dance can change the weather. Cowabunga, Buffalo Bob.

It was a high energy communication array for communication to ships , mostly submarines.

A side effect was it heated the upper atmosphere and could effect weather locally to some degree.

They used to give tours of it. A have heard a lot of folklore about it and it's really IMO nothing that nefarious

It's been long rumored that China, Russia and the US worked on the ability to control the climate. Who ever could do it would rule the world. I recall there was crazy weather conditions every time they sent up a space shuttle. I am thinking Al Gore has a hand in it, after all look at what the man accomplished.

HAARP has been blamed for everything from Superstorm Sandy, to the disaster at the Japanese Nuclear Plant. Also the increase in frequency and intensity of the recent tornados in the Midwest.
It's been on the tin foil hatter's radar for several years now. I guess there are several of these contraptions scattered around the world, mostly in the Northern Hemisphere. They say they can superheat portions of the upper atmosphere, causing it to bulge out into space, and then when the bubble collapses, all kinds of crap can happen with the weather. They can supposedly focus where they heat the atmosphere up now, and can cause chaos quite a distance away from the antennas up in Alaska. That's one of those things that I know exists, but not sure it can do all the things they say it can, or how well they can "focus" it to affect any particular area. There are a BUNCH of videos about it on Youtube.
