P40 Question

I am a long time KAHR owner who owns several calibers.
I received a P40 and have had several ejection failures while at the range. Now I have only fired about 50-75 rounds, are there any suggestions?

I am not sure I can possibly help a guy called Gunnie. However lets start with is the gun new or used 6 rnd or 7 rnd mag used. What ammo are you using.
