I'm curious as to why. Less felt recoil from a same sized gun or some other reason? Carrying additional weight due to a metal frame wouldn't bother you?
Thanks...

I wish Kahr would NOT bring out a CT9 size double stack!

Still waiting on the K or T 45 myself. Just like all steel guns for me. Have them both in 9mm and they shoot superb.

Bill K. I thought I remember you having a stainless Kahr. You should know better. :D If I'm mistaken and you've never had one, then I forgive you for the above.

Not necessarily for carry. I just like steel kahr handgun and I don't have a 45.

I already own three .45 ACP guns but if I were be buying my first one, I'd look at a 1911 platform in Springfield, Remington, Rock Island in that order. Nothing against the Kahr and I don't mean to offend, but there's just that something about the 1911 and .45 ACP like bacon and eggs. To add icing to the cake, there are all kinds of aftermarket parts that you can add to a 1911 for customizing. IMO, you just can't go wrong with that combination.

agree...somewhat. The only .45s I own are 1911s. Yet I rarely shoot them. Beautiful guns but, for me, they are turning into safe queens. I enjoy shooting my Kahrs and my revolvers the most. I think if I had an MK45, I'd shoot it often...and carry it too.

I prefer all metal pistols.
