This is what happens when the leader of the free world stacks the lower Federal courts with the inept...

Also the fact that the leaders of the free world are also inept can't help much neither.

That's why it's so important to vote and to vote wisely. The SCOTUS at this place in time consists of IMO, 5 usually conservative and 4 always liberal lifetime judges. Given the fact that the leader of the free world nominates Federal judges whenever an opening occurs, it's not rocket science that these nominees will affect the thinking of the Federal judicial system for years to come. The fact that gun owners have had recent victories at the Supreme Court Level doesn't ensure that this will always be the case. The NRA has warned us about this many times over. An important election is coming up this November so be sure to vote. Elections have consequences.

HHMM...
So called assault weapons are supposedly “disproportionately represented in mass shootings,”.. According to who I wonder?
If it is according to this judge then I wonder does she know that many of those so called assault weapons were not defined as assault weapons according to the federal assault weapon ban. The weapon used in Sandy Hook for instance was not an assault weapon according to the federal ban nor does it qualify as one according to the Conn assault weapon ban which is stricter than the federal ban was.
Just because some politician or some reporter claims a weapon is an assault weapon does not make it so. There are specific legal definitions and an AR15 is not necessarily an assault weapon regardless of some politician or reporter. I'd have to appeal the decision and point that out.

An obviously anti-gun libtard female judge, voting emotion over logic. She confuses hunting with what the 2nd amendment is all about. Another anti-gun libtard making law from the bench. It all leaves me wondering, what is going to be THE event, that starts the revolution. How long are people going to sit back and take this crap and a boat load of federal abuses without saying enough is enough. I'm betting it's going to be when one of these states decides they need to start invading people's homes to confiscate weapons. I think maybe the Govt. should consider that the largest "army" in the world, is the combined deer hunters from just 3 states. Which I believe are Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
Obama may be purging officers that say they won't fire on Americans, but I wonder how many went ahead and took his oath, and will disregard it later. I wouldn't consider lying to a known liar and traitor, to be anything sinful or unethical. Especially if it involves saving our country as we know it.
