I think you may have broke it. My money says your phone insurance won't cover that. ;)

Goldarnit - somebody like YOU J-man would notice little details like that.

Amazing what #7-1/2's can do at 6 feet distance, even with a cylinder choke.

I've done the same with a laptop and little radio before, though with the Tommy gun on the laptop and my 1911 with the radio.

Very satisfying feeling afterwards to boot!

I'm surprised that there's that much left of it. Didja toss it in the air and get it on the rise?

Nah, I just tossed it in the grass, shucked one into the chamber (7-1/2, , low brass), took aim over the open sights and aimed a little high to offset the sight elevation. I was a little too high, but, it still got a good clobberin with shot.

Seems there is something of a life lesson here.

Armed vs. ready and able to dial 911 from anywhere...

Winners and losers.

Thank you Sensei.

I'm from Missouri... Please show me what the KSG looks like. How do I know the Samsung didn't win the fight? :)

You know the KSG won, because I said it won.

KSG's have had mixed reputation - based on production of the first models - which were based on the models corrected after their introduction at the SHOT show a few years ago. Some time in 2013, KT ramped up production considerably, made changes to the lifters and cartidge releases on the magazines, also as a running change they beefed up the fore end.

The new, and current KSG, since that time, has been really dependable. For a few months, they had forend problems since the mechanical changes require a good stiff racking backwards to overcome the ramp action that maniuplates the magazine feed mechanism, but, with the beefed up fore end that is also corrected.

Mine feeds, fires, ejects perfectly. Yah I don't have 1000's of rounds through it, but so far, not an issue.

Numerically, they're over the hump with backlogs - they're into the 53,000 units made (as of this writing). Looks like they're doing about 1000-1500 guns a month, and its currently their #1 seller, a runaway success.

I wish the RFB rifle were available.... sigh.
