Flush fit mag for CM/PM 45.

Does anyone know of a flush fit magazine option for the CM45 or PM45? I'd love to have one.

I want a flush mag for mine too. It is on my short list to try making one, just didn't get around to it yet.

I'd like an extension that continues the contour of the grip down about as far as the factory extension. That little plastic "blade" gives my pinkie a blister.
