Just learned that there is a bit of "engraved in" grafitti on the WWII memorial in Washington, D.C.
Just a little simple drawing engraved into the stonework, darkened in with whatever coloring agent they used for the rest of the memorial.
Its a line drawing of a bald guy with a big nose, looking over a wall. The inscription reads "KILROY WAS HERE"
Who said Uncle Sam had no sense of humor?
