Flush magazine for PM45

I've seen several mentions of a useable replacement for the stock mag that is actually flush. I don't care if it locks open, I just want one that is flush and that feeds the ammo reliably.

Any insights or leads would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure about flush mags for the PM but the CW45 takes 7 rnd 1911 mags.

I wonder if the 6 round Para LDA mags would work?...if you can find them. Look for the ones meant for a Para 6.45.

This one I can answer, at least for my guns, my 6.45 mags will not fit my CM45.
The Para mags are to expensive to mod, so I did not look into what it would take to make them work.
