None that I'm aware of. Many agencies allow their officers to carry Kahr pistols as a back-up.

NYPD used to allow Kahr for backup, but wanted a rediculous trigger pull. Kahr literally could not make the pull HEAVY enough. There are technical reasons for that, beside the "just put a bigger spring in it" line of thinking.

Thats the only PD I know of that prohibits the Kahr pistols as backup.

When departments request ultra heavy trigger pulls, heavy DAO pistols or revolvers - is it any wonder that cops fire lead like sperm cells? A jillion send to do the job, only one hits the mark.
