Aguila - Two stovepipe ejections, one light strike, one failure to eject, one slide lock failure with seven round magazine. Hornady CD - One slide lock failure with seven round magazine. Looking forward to the next session.

Sounds like a good session! Looks like you should stick with the six round magazines, that would eliminate all of your slide lock failures.... I say this in jest, but in reality, you are also gripping the magazine with those, and possibly causing the failures due to the amount of designed tolerance between the frame and magazine..... Let us know how your new P380 fares!!!

Hopefully the seven round magazine slide lock problem will work itself out. When carrying my PM9 concealed, I do so with a six rounder, but have two spare seven rounders in my back pocket. They perform as flawlessly as the six rounders.

Yes, I think they will mostly do fine, but on occasion you may need to tweak the P380 one some it sounds. I hope it works out during the break in, but if not, try putting a piece of electrical tape on the right hand side of the magazine to press the entire magazine left and see if that helps. It would not be a fix, but only help with the initial troubleshooting bracketing. If it fixes it, then the mag will need to be tweaked, if not, then check the slide stop and make sure it is long enough. Another thing to do would be to just try shooting 1%er style, pinkie and ring finger off the extended magazine and see if that works it out. Good luck and have fun with the rest of the break in....
