Thanks! I don't feel as young as I once did, and it's all because of watching my little baby becoming miss independent (she turned 3 in July).

My wife and I satrted my birthday with a 15k (was actually 9.63 miles) trail run at dogwood canyon (southern part of Missouri into Arkansas, and we dropped 30 seconds off our pace from last year, so I'd say I'm doing pretty good. My wife also got me two shooting related gifts - a set of electronic earmuffs and a case tumbler!

Somewhere shortly after 50 I decided that birthdays sucked and stopped wishing folks a happy birthday. Now over 70 I once again find them at least...amusing.

Happy belated birthday there Justin!!!...Remember you're only as old as you feel....My Doctor asked me if I was exercising enough and I told him I absolutely was and that I bought an expensive pair of Nike running shoes and every Saturday morning I slip those puppies on and drive down to the Dunkin Donuts for coffee and a couple cream filled....:cool:
