Hello All,

Long time lurker and not many posts. Took my new PM9 9093 to the range today to get through the break in period and had some unusual occurrences. I have another PM9 9094 that the wife carries and never had a single hiccup.

So shooting 200 rds WWB and 25 rds of Hornady 115 CD both 6 and 7 round mags experienced trigger failure to reset on the last round of each mag. Happened a few times out of the 225 rds intermittently today not on the last round - but every time on the last round of both mags.

Here is where it gets a little weird at first I thought I was maybe riding the trigger a little to much on the reset so made a more deliberate squeeze and still occurred. The first 6 or 7 mags when it happened I checked to make sure it was in battery and sure enough it was but each time while still in my hands and still up in my workspace I would feel and hear the click of the trigger resetting. This would be about 4-5 seconds after the attempt to squeeze. So as I continued to fire I noticed I could take my thumb of my support hand on the last round and vigorously apply pressure to the frame and it would reset while I was still holding on target. I was thinking it would stop during the break in but it was extremely consistent.

Anyone else have this occur or know anything about it?

Thank
Sp

I went through the same thing sometime at the beginning of this year. Brand new out of the box from day 1 problems during break in all the way through the first 250+ rounds. My resolution was sending it back to Kahr and letting them adjust the trigger bar. Perfect functionality 200+ rounds since receiving my CM9 back from Kahr.

That's what I'm thinking will have to happen. Hopefully CS is pretty good and quick.

The same thing happened to my gun. I called kahr and they said send it in and the guy said they would pay for shipping but only once. The shipping label never arrived so i have to call them again some time this week.

I called kahr and they said send it in and the guy said they would pay for shipping but only once. because shipping is eating them alive instead of resolving issues before sending them out.... a company could go nearly broke with call backs.....

Update:
Got the label from Kahr and shipped it back on 10 Nov just got it back last night 14 Nov. Faster than I thought I would see it again. Letter than came with it said they replaced the trigger bar, reworked the trigger, lubed and fired 32 rounds without any issues.

Hopefully it's fixed, I'm going to try and head to the range tomorrow.

Kahr received my gun on Monday and I got it back today, Thursday. Kahr did the same thing to my gun as they did to Slpeods. I hope to shoot it in the next couple weeks. I can't believe how fast they took care of the gun!

Good to know customer service is quick. Every company has returns, how they handle the returns builds their reputation.
