Just before the Newtown shooting, I bought a polymer Omni AR 15 lower on a cheap sale [I think it was $30 shipped]. Finally got the beast completed several month later because I refused to pay scalper's prices. Well, ATI started having to replace lowers because of cracking. Mine has held up well over several hundred rounds but now is starting to get loose. ATI has been good about replacing them, so we will see how it works, but anyway today a local LGS had Anderson lowers for $55 out the door so i grabbed one. Now i can switch over everything off the other rifle. Once the other is replaced, I will use it for a 22LR or 9mm gun.
Anderson isn't bad! Some folks pooh-poo anything that isn't Bravo Company or Noveske or Colt or whatever.... I dunno, I can't much difference between my two Colt lowers vs my two Del-Ton lowers. However, similarly, I've got two Colt uppers and one each Noveske and BCM upper, and ... the BCM wasn't as nice as the others. Neither was it as tight.
Congrats on the new lower! Try a Geissele trigger!

I've got an Anderson lower in mine. No problems at all. For the money I'm happy with it

I went with an Anderson lower for mine as well. Fits my PSA upper just fine and runs great. People gripe about the horse rollmark, but I don't care--when are you ever looking at the rollmark?

I think the horse logo looks good. Much better than the mall-ninja skulls, etc.
