All,

I admit I've been a bit mean to the polywhiners lately and feel I should pay penance. I also realize that my criticism is probably not fair because I don't even own a TupperKahr. So today I decided to walk a mile in their shoes and bought a CM45. So forum beware: I'm either gonna flood the threads with "mine runs fine" or "I'd expect a gun that expensive to run 100% right out of the box". From what I read, the odds are less than 50/50.

Hey. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.

P.S. I would have bought a PM45 with night sights but I couldn't see spending THAT much $$$ just to make a point. ;)

Everybody loves a test case....................................and don't feel too bad, my friends ask me if I've ever owned a poly, and I say yes, but not for long. I have been to that dark side.....................go forth, with confidence, knowing that your experience will benefit all of mankind. Don't ever peddle the metal.

If you have any problems with your Kahr poly 45 just drive over to my house and I'll fix it for you. And, I won't charge you anymore than Jocko charges for his free advice. I hate to hear a grown man cry. :)

You are a true friend. Will that offer still stand after I polish the barrel?

All in the name of science, of course.

Oh I could never do that! The only thing worse than a polywhiner is a... Hopefully no offense taken as none was intended.

Mine has a big ugly notch out of the front rail.

Remember it's a brand new gun. It should be able to put 20 rounds in the same hole at 50 yards while shooting weak hand from the hip without any prep and using steel cased Tulammo. Also I can already see the magazine base plate doesn't fit flush either. I'll go ahead and put in my standing offer of $40 for the POS now.:biggrin1:

There will be a nominal charge for re-plating the barrel, but nothing that a man of your means can't handle. You still have one arm and one leg. :)
