I found this new gun info online today. It's has a very interesting design and features for a CCW IMO.
I am no big fan of Taurus handguns, but someone is really thinking out of the box coming up with this design.

My experience with Taurus is predominately negative. Passing this one by.

Yup, life's way to short to carry a gun that ugly. Your Glocks are beautiful compared to that.
Nothing personal Taurus, I just call em the way I see em.

Well, I'll give Taurus an attaboy for out of the box thinking. Innovation is always good even if it doesn't work well or look good. The doesn't look good part has been covered, but what bothers me is a mexican carry clip and trigger cover that has to be attached to your belt or belt loop. And what exactly were the model's fingers doing in the ad pic? A weird manual of arms for a gun obviously meant to be sold to new CCW'ers. What could possibly go wrong?

Who wants to bet Ruger comes out with a copycat version?
I love Ruger's metal guns, but their plastic ones seem to all copy existing designs by others.

Looks kind of like a cop's taser to me. I would have absolutely no interest in this product, no matter how well it might perform as a CCW. For me, aesthetics are a big part of my criteria in selecting a gun. That's one of the reasons I like Kahrs: elegant simplicity.
interesting but not for me.....not sure why either.
Well, I know why not for me. I might accidentally shoot myself in the face with somethin' like that.

don't knock the curve .... it can shoot around corners, great for those with zero range time to achieve direct head shots......
another failed approach, though the general new gun buyer may find its "all in one" package appealing.... :p

Yikes - LOL!
Not a Taurus guy, not a .380 guy, not a laser guy...
As for looks?
I'm more concerned with fit and function.
If a gun performs?
It will look good to me - LOL!

Kind of weird. No sights. MSRP $392.42 Looks like they are focusing on the women's market. Here's Guns and Ammo's first look review. http://www.gunsandammo.com/first-look/taurus-curve-380-pistol/

I'm thinking it was a error in the mold and instead of correcting it and eating however many they made like that, the talking heads had a meeting of the minds around the vending machine... and decided to juice it up a little and hope the masses would conform to their bent ideas....

Ruger would never copy anything that gay and worthless. I have a SR9 and SR9c, and they don't seem to be copies of anything, but at least when they do copy something like a Kel Tec that actually make it better.
