In my case it certainly isn't lack of want. They are an awesome litte gun. I have a loaner sometimes I use to make handles on, hard to give it back sometimes. I'd love to add yours to my stable, but its lack of funds similar to your needs for your 700 project.
I've robbed Peter to pay Paul so many times now that neither one of them will talk to me anymore. How weird is that.
I'll share this with the fellas here at the PD, getting money out of cops is like pulling teeth but sometimes I get lucky.
