New Tarpon Springs Range Info?

I've read that a new range has been approved for Tarpon Springs, FL. It is supposedly going to be a 60,000-square-foot indoor range, one of the largest and most technologically advanced in the southeastern United States. I haven't seen any updates and am looking forward to visiting it this winter if it is completed.

Is there anyone from the area that knows what is happening?
