I am assuming you are referring to the Pearce Grip extensions that fit on the bottom of the Kahr magazine giving the pinky finger a place to rest. They are available from Kahr direct or can be purchased at most any of the online gun suppliers, like Brownell's (http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=1373/Product/SEMI_AUTO_GRIP_EXTENSION), Midway (http://www.midwayusa.com/Search/#pearce____-_1-2-4_8-16-32), Cheaper than Dirt (http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/72857-1.html), and even on ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/2-PACK-Pearce-PG-MK9-Extension-Fits-All-Kahr-9mm-40SW-/160436613308?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item255ac470bc). I have them installed on some of my PM9 6 round mags when carrying IWB but kept a couple of flush mount mags for when I pocket carry. I do think they improve the grip, at least for me it is an improvement as I have very large hands
