I know it's a bit early, but here's wishing a Great Thanksgiving to all here on the forum. I know that there are a lot of family people on this forum........enjoy the time you have with them, it goes by fast. Remember, if you can't get up from the table easily, after eating, you had too much. Save some room for the lime jello with carrots in it.:Amflag2:

My son and his wife were in town last weekend, and my youngest was home from college, so my kids and I had our Thanksgiving dinner last Friday evening. I made a big pot of chili, and baked some breadsticks. That always goes over well with the kids.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

If you can't get up from the table easily then just sit and wait for 30 minutes, then have a piece of pecan pie. Lime jello w/carrots is a good choice too. Pistachio pudding with chopped walnuts is good too. But I prefer home style vanilla ice cream on warm peach cobbler. But I'll eat pumpkin pie in a pinch. Unless of course someone brought brownies. The chocolate seems to ease the bloated feeling which was caused by eating too much dressing with gravy. I don't know, tomorrow might be my last day. I should definitely give thanks before the meal!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! My nephew and his family are up and the house is a lot of fun with the kids running around!

Family coming over today. My grandson will be running to the safe to fondle his Ruger American Rimfire compact that lives at my house until he is a bit older.

Happy Thanksgiving from NE Ohio! Best Holiday of the year IMHO. Just some quality time with family before all the December madness breaks out. :D
