Another old Texan

I have admired Kahr firearms for several years but could never bring myself to spring for one. Live on the farm now that I'm retired and we have wild hogs. I have a 45, but it is too bulky for anything but a truck gun. I wanted something to carry on me in the field or while hunting in case of up close encounter with a hog. After I held the CW45 and read the reviews, I knew it was exactly what I wanted. Just got it today and can't wait to shoot it.

Welcome. The CW45 is a great set up and should serve your needs well.

The CW45 has been super accurate for me. However, remember the .45 loses some velocity out of the shorter barrel, but I would guess still has enough penetration for hog.
