I bought a P380 a couple of Fridays ago. Shot a few hundred rounds over that weekend and it would FTRTB on most everything I fed it. I called Kahr the following Monday morning and they immediately e-mailed me a FedEx label for return to the factory. I sent it off the same day. They received it the next morning, Tuesday. A couple of days later on Friday the FedEx van delivered the pistol back to me. I was amazed this could all be done between a Monday and Friday. I fired a few hundred rounds that weekend and it was perfect with every brand of ammo I used. I was so impressed that I ordered a PM9 that next week and it shot everything at the range this morning (300 rounds of assorted premium 9m self defense ammo with only 2 rounds that FTRTB).
Another happy customer. Glad to hear Kahr took good care of you. Welcome aboard.

You were lucky. My P45 had a six week turnaround time just a few months ago.

I never have with any gun before, so hopefully I never need Kahrs service, but it's nice to know it's pretty good if I ever do.

I hope you are kidding but I digress,I will not engage in a debate with a fan boy.

This wasn't aimed at me, but so far, my Kahr seems great. I have no issues and see no evidence of a lack of QC.

I'm 2 for 3 with a CW9 and CM9 performing fine and a CW380 having problems. I've spent some time reading on Ruger, S&W and Taurus forums and problems with pocket-sized 380s are not uncommon with these brands. I gave up on my CW380 after I got a Ruger LCP that has been reliable but I suppose the situation could just as easily have been reversed.

^^^ There ya go right there. Thanks DavidR. Not all Kahrs are perfect but most are. Not all customer service experiences are perfect but most are. And every brand has it's percentage of issues. I too have been labeled a fanboy, even a cultist, for defending that logic. Yet it baffles me that some cannot see the big picture for their own selfishness.
Thanks OP. A segment of our membership needs constant reminders that not all Kahrs are bad.
