What exactly does the stamp do for you. Obviously it allows you to own the SBR. Can you take it to a range and shoot it, haul it on your bike as long as you have the stamp with you?

Wear it concealed?

SBR is Federally so a permit for other states along with the stamp, your good?

I'm kind of excited about all this and I can just bet your are too. Enjoy, it's been a long long wait.
