These extensions are off of the Beretta 1934 .380 magazines. ( I knew it looked familiar, I was originally thinking Walther) and some may be floating around that were made in stainless like that one but i couldn't find any. also these were made in several variations over the years so finding the one you like is a challenge, and they arent cheap online.... I got lucky with the one that I have on the gun now it was listed on ebay used for $36 shipped.
you Just file down the the lip on the kahr magazine a little and the extensions slide rite on.
the mag was a little tough to get in at first because the extension was bent upward a little, (probably from years of being slammed into a Beretta) but after I bent it back flat it snaps in nice and snug.
no more cracked or broken pearce extensions for me :p

the one I have on my kahr now is parkerized but I might have it plated if it starts to rust after I carry it for a while.

That seems to defeat the purpose of the CW380, making it bigger.

For me, the purpose of a gun can be whatever one wants it to be. Some only want to pocket carry, some IWB, some OWB in a holster, etc. Adding an extension to mine made it much easier to hold firmly, reduced the recoil, improving the accuracy somewhat. Its just natural for man to modify whatever product he buys.

If you use the extension only rest your little finger on it. Squeezing the grip with the little finger can cause the gun to shoot low. Also, putting too much pressure on the extension can cause the gun to feed improperly.

Thats pretty good. Looks much more sturdy than the plastic pierce extensions i have had on my cm9 at times.

yea, but with cargo pants a half inch in grip length isn't really that noticeable and the thickness was the important part in my decision on this one.
I mainly carry it IWB with a Hybrid holster I made anyways, but as a bonus I find it much easier to fish out of my pocket in a hurry with three fingers.

well so far I squeeze pretty hard and have had no malfunctions or pulling issues, but my fingers are fairly long and thin, so even with the added thickness of the Hogue they wrap all the way around to my palm.

Yep, I have had the Pearce extensions break on me, once I crawled under the jeep to free some stuck brush and snap....
and the second one cracked at the lip at some point, not sure what did that one in... it could have already been cracked I guess.
this one should poke a hole in my clothes before it breaks though ;)

Well, instead of getting a CW380 with its potential small grip problems, I bought a CT380 earlier this month. It fits my small hand perfectly and the pinky grips solidly.

Got two new spare 7 round mags for Christmas, so I'll head for the range to begin the break in process.

The Remora holster I ordered didn't make it here in time for yesterday.

Here's a size comparison with my LCP:

yeah I'm not a fan whatsoever, so much so if I was into aesthetics of a gun I'd be throwing up in my mouth about now... :p
