I plan to hang on to it! I really like the gun. Why particularly a collectable? Is it because it is an early model?

Probably cause it has to be the only K6 ever made. Might turn it over, I think it's most likely a K9 but I got my fingers crossed it's really a 6. That would be sooooo cool.

K9's are the very best, nothing wrong at all but a K6? That would be awesome.

What??!! You didn't know? It's VERY rare!! The caliber is 6mm!! It's a necked down 9mm!!
