Wild Bill Hickok45 Got to like the man

Now who out there does not enjoy hickok45? well I certainly do the man has quite the talent and he tells it how it really is. I did find out on one of his videos how he came up with the call name hickok45, one of his favorite characters is Wild Bill Hickok and his favorite caliber is 45 so this the name part. As far as I can see he has made over 1000 videos what can I say the man likes to shoot as we all do, just wish could have the range he does so any way I found the link to all his videos. So when you have the time or nothing is on the tube you can watch some good gun blasting without commercials, sit back and enjoy

Can't say enough about Hickok45. Met him strolling the 2014 SHOT show and had a nice chat with him and his son Jon. Both really nice ordinary guys that don't mind to stop and talk to gun enthusiasts and fans. I've seen most of his videos and have been a long time subscriber. He'll be at 2015 SHOT Show at the Federal booth on Friday...last year he was strolling the show trying to find an ammo sponsor!

I think that's why I'm willing to watch his videos for hours - he's so comfortable in his own skin and style, you get the feeling he's talking to you like a neighbor who's invited you over to shoot and have a brew afterward. He's got a real gift for combining technical details with qualified subjective impressions, without sounding like some pompous, testosterone-laden jerk or bumbling idiot. Hickok45 is an ex-teacher, so he knows how to present info to the class. he doesn't bash any products, but if your paying attention and pick up on what he's saying and not saying, you can figure it out ("the magazine keeps falling out", "it's only a 5 shot", "triggers ok, not a Glock") . he's sponsored by Bud's and Federal, so free guns and ammo-- life is good.
(you have to put Hickok45 at about the top of the list, there's so many other gun shills out there that don't even come close. for real entertainment either watch tactical/hillbilly/survivalists or just go to the gun fail videos.)

I remember watching when he had his little lab puppy and it got hit by a car a week or two later, he was really broke up about it and well heck I cried worse than when I watched Old Yeller for the 32nd time.

Fine looking pup it was and a sad day in the generally happy days of Hickok.

I agree with all the kudos to Hickok45 but you are forgetting one thing. He's one helluva shooting machine! He can pick up any firearm he's reviewing and put the bullet where he wants it to go.
