Thought I'd post a pic of my Christmas present from Mrs. GR. Mernickle PS6 Extreme High Rise with snake inlay and new Mernickle gun belt. I took the Colonel's advice and checked out Mernickle Holsters. They make top shelf stuff! This is the best gun belt I've ever owned and the holster is awesome. Great craftsmanship and service. I really wanted the ostrich, but Santa was running a little tight this year. Thanks goes out to Bawanna for the recommendation. Now I need to come up with more occasions to open carry. I know some of you guys have "pimp rigs" also, so lets see some pics.

That's gorgeous. I just got plain black on mine but it's my hands down favorite rig. Is that the high ride? Looks like the mid ride to me, might just bet the angle but mine I don't think rides that low.
Well feeling it here maybe it is like that too. I love that inlay. It's amazing how his design prevents tip out and rides so nice and tight against your side. Very comfortable.
Now you need a matching mag pouch for the port/starboard ummm port is left or is it right? I ain't into boats much.
Anyhow you need one.
Bob and Sheryl are a first class act. Great people to deal with.

you didn't know Glock is making a 1911? google for Glock 1911, lot's of pictures. the hammer and thumb safety are just of looks, it's really striker fired, same Glock trigger. as long as your googling, google for Glock revolver. I'm going to order one of those.

I don't think so Greg. Seems like I made a set for Glockrocker but that ain't them. But my memory isn't what it used to be, also my memory isn't what it used to be.
I write stuff down a lot, I'll have to try and find my notes. I know I did something.

Yes those are the grips Bawanna whittled up for me. Damn Colonel that was only a couple of months ago. I know they made it legal to smoke that stuff up there in Washington state, but maybe you need to cut back a hair.

Nice Glockrocker! I like that tan color should stand out at the BBQ. :D
I have seen pics of Col B's Mernickle and the paddle/flap design they incorporate in that model is interesting, and is one reason it rides high and tight. I think the Col is right about yours being a mid height.
I made a BBQ OWB holster rig for my Sig Tac-Ops with a similar design. Here is mine. It is Cordovan Horsehide with Black Elephant overlays.

Dayum, that's sweet. I adore that mag pouch setup too. That's sweet.
Mernickles main claim to fame is cowboy stuff and he makes some drop dead gorgeous stuff. Makes me wish I was vertical so I could wear some of them.
But obviously he makes some nice concealed carry stuff too, and we now all know that Bear Dog does too!

Thanks Col B.!
I thought that the Sig needed as much support as possible beings as it is like 42oz empty LOL. With the "flap", double thick flat back panel, and wide set belt loops it carries nice and tight and spreads the weight well even with the heavy Sig in it.

Aw heck! I remember now, you sent two sets of slabs of stabilized wood.
I still don't smoke that stuff, don't see what all the hype is all about, I'm messed up enough without it.
I get people and grips mixed up all the time.

I know what you mean - wait, what were we talking about? Oh by the way I never did see what you created out of those other slabs.
