For sale is a Milt Sparks VM II IWB holster for the Kahr PM40 (also fits the MK40). It has been worn 10 times, and is in excellent shape. Also includes a Milt Sparks IWB mag carrier. These are known as some of the best IWB holsters you can buy, and there is a considerable wait time for them.

I would think it would, my 45 fitts my 40 holster. If tight, it would be easy fix with soaking holster in hot water, putting gun in zip lock bag and custom fitting with hair dryer....thats only if it don't already fitt.
