What a great company

I had a great experience with Crimson Trace.
I bought a used grip for my Kahr MK9 on eBay and it started going on by itself, draining the batteries.
I sent it in for repair and it took 3 weeks...( not great ) but today without notice a box came with a brand new one and no charge.
