Looking for the best deal on magazines for my new CW380. Any suggestions?

CDNN (http://www.cdnnsports.com/magazines.html?brand=953) and CheaperThanDirt (http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/product/2-MGKAK386) both sell them, but I've never ordered from either. CDNN says out of stock, but they seem to get them in regularly.

Stupid little things are so expensive!

Are you looking for OEM or aftermarket. Quite a difference in price. I went with MidwayUSA because I wanted OEM. In my case, it was $30 from Midway, $40 from Kahr for the same magazine. Since I had registered with Midway, they sent me a special discount offer on my birthday. I applied that to my magazine purchase.

Looking for good deals on OEM. My googlejitsu is weak, so I ask for help from a master.

Just got two 7 round mags for my new CT380 here:

https://www.exilemachine.net/shop/index.php?main_page=index&zenid=crh1j7ge9fl1d5g1alqi6vgoj4&cPath=503_527&sort=1a&filter_id=94&alpha_filter_id=0

But it looks like they're sold out of the P380 mags for $25.97 - dunno if that is the correct pic for the P380 mag. My CT380 mags have the flush stainless steel base plates, not that big thick plastic thing.

Wasn't it Ivanhoe that used to be the go to place for Kahr mags. Been so long I don't remember for sure.

This is no good if you are in a hurry, but Sportsman's Outdoor Super Store had the best price when I found mine. $24.98 for the six rounder, $25.19 for the seven. If you hit the button, they will notify you when they are back in stock. That's how I got my CM9 on sale a year ago...

I looked there for this post. They were out of stock but within $1 or so of the others on price.

Bought 1 six round and 2 seven round mags from cheaper than dirt. No problems with any of them. Factory Kahr mags. Much cheaper than Kahrs website.

You're right! I forgot I got one or two from Midway when I ordered some other stuff and got a discount from some promo. That's an option too if you have other things to order and/or there's a promo going on.

As for .380, 9mm, & .40 Kahr pistols don't wast you time/money on anything other than Kahr OEM mags.

If you want to bend to fit & grind to match some 1911 mags can be made to work in the Kahr 45acp pistols. Other wise stick with OEM mags.

Just my not so humble opinion. :biggrin1:

I've never seen an aftermarket magazine for a Kahr, for any difference in price. Who makes aftermarket mags for Kahr?

I cannot bring myself to buy from Cheaper than Dirt after how they set their prices during the high demand times. So it looks like $32 plus shipping from Midway USA or wait for <$30?

Good question. At the time I was thinking of promagindustries.com as they make a lot of aftermarket mags. On searching their site, I see they make Kahr mags for 40 S&W and 9 mm but alas, none for .380 acp.

ProMag does. Their record of building a fully functional magazine is allegedly dubious at best.

I did not realize that. I suppose that makes for another question to ask folks who are having feed or ejection issues, are they using factory mags?

I ordered from Midway. They had a $10 off $100, so I purchased a couple and some other things. I also ordered a Magguts kit. I will report on how it works.

That brings to mind I once bought 3 ProMag magazines for a SIGP228 from Cheaper Than Dirt. In my case, I found the magazine tubes were soft as the catch slot was peening against the magazine catch. The material around the slot was actually bending outward while the slot was getting bigger. To their credit ProMag Industries has a lifetime guarantee on their magazines so I returned and they replaced them. I soon switched to OEM and no longer have a problem.
