Joined the Ranks of Broken Follower

Heres a pic of my CW9 follower. Is this similar to others that have broken? Sent Kahr an email asking for new one. Do they respond to emails?

Meanwhile have repaired with JB Weld which should hold it till I get a new one.

PS: I had previously filed off bottom of ramp so follower did not touch it. They need to make a metal one and be done with it.

Sent them an email and after 2 or 3 days decided I better call. Got a Tech and he said he would get me one sent out. Next day i got a reply to my email saying the same. Wonder if I might get two followers. ;)

Hope not. I've ground down the lower end of the ramp on the 380 and 9mm. The followers now have adequate space. Did not affect performance at all. Put a box thru both this PM after installing new Wolff strikers.
