Picked this up late last year and due to family illnesses and weather hadn't gotten it to the range yet. Changed that status today with 100 rounds downrange with the new little beast. Polymer frame 2022 and the trigger is very good, nice big sights and did exactly how a Sig should. Wound up the last 75 rounds just clanging the 6" steel plates that are 35 yards downrange, as long as I did my part, they rang real nice!

I've had nothing but enjoyment out of the Sig's I've owned. They've always been a bit pricey, but I have never had a problem with any of them. Nice guns.

Good looking gun! I like the black parts mixed with the FDE.
I seen these on some nice sales last year, thought about if I needed one for myself, but I never picked one up.
I think I remember reading they were designed for some Euro police force, maybe France???
Glad to hear it worked well for you.

I don't know if they were designed for France or not, but the French did buy a ton of these for their forces. The control layout is fantastic too.

I bought a German 2022 when they first came out several years ago. Like every SIG I've ever owned it shot very well and was quite accurate. However, I later switched from 9mm to 45 ACP and thought the pistol was rather large for a 9mm, and sold it to a doctor friend. A couple of years later I had a chance to buy the 2022's predecessor, a 2340 with night sights and three mags for a very attractive price. It was a police turn-in and I almost pulled the trigger, but didn't because I wasn't crazy about the 40 S&W either.

Congrats! I just picked up a new one last week with night sites, holster etc for $389 its an exceptional value and pistol. Probably one of the most under rated out there in my opinion. I hope yours brings you much enjoyment!

I bought one for my late wife because she like it.
I sold it my stepson after she died.
They are good, accurate, and reliable pistols.

One of the most underrated firearms out there. They are awesome handguns.

I had a sig p250 sc .40 cal. bought brand new september 2014. It was a jamming POS. I sent it to sig sauer for repair and they said it was good and sent it back without doing anything. It still jammed constantly with fail to feeds. They basically told me tough luck kiddo. I sold it and bought a glock 22. I will never buy any sig products again nor will anyone in my family.
