I can't seem to find any sight set to suit me so I am wondering if its
possible to have a CW9 slide machined front and rear to fit the more
common Novak (or other) dovetail? Any idea of cost for this work?

Why bother? If you want to change the sights Get a PM9 or a MK9, or any other Kahr that have factory night sights. You will have that much expense in the CW after paying to put in a groove, if it is even possible, which I doubt.

Any competent machinist or gunsmith can mill a dove tail and the cost will be around $30 per slot.

Thanks Guys for the feedback. I've also heard from DAwson Precision and they think they can fix me up so I'll be calling them to see what can be worked out. ;)

Dawson does very good stuff. Your in good hands.

They are really good at figuring out sight heights, make good products of their own and do a top notch job of installing too.

Thanks for that, Col. I still may want to do sights on the New Agent.

Don't be alarmed if you get a violet on the phone if you ever call. I got her name wrote down someplace but she's wicked smart and knows her stuff.
She had good answers right on the spot.
