Seem like the DA had change of heart and dropped all charges on NJ man that had a 250 year old flintlock. At least this man can rest now, the laws need to be changed!!! it’s sad to see this kind of harassment

Yeah, that was some kind of nonsense. NJ is even worse than here in NY. Forced me to change my preferred carry ammo as my county borders NJ at a couple points and I'm there semi-often.

Thank goodness I live in a gun friendly state. In fact since voting the libtards out of office last election, our new AG and governor have approved Constitutional Carry. We are happy campers!!

That old dude made a few very smart moves. First, he hired Evan Nappen to represent him. Next, they launched a media campaign and because this was such a ridiculous case, they even got the liberal media to carry their flag.
This man never should have been arrested. This is a clear example of punishment by process.
