I'm looking for a good pocket holster for my CM9, maybe a DeSantis or something similar. It must work in the left front pants pocket since I'm left handed. Anyone know the DeSantis size or have other ideas?

I'm left handed and use the desantis nemesis with a PM9. Works well for me. Favorite pants that work well with it are Cabela's 7pocket cargo pants. Pants look good and pockets are positioned so no printing and good access. One thing I will mention being left handed, watch what you lean into. The mag release is facing out left handed. In the past I believe I have lean over something and accidentally put pressure on mag release and ejected the mag. It's a good idea to check your mag once in a while.

That's a good point. Thanks. What size is that Desantis? I have one now for my P380 and of course the CM9 won't fit in. And of course I can't try it in the store.

I use a Remora holster for pocket carry because it's completly enclosed so it helps keep pocket lint out of the gun. I also use a cheap uncle mikes pocket holster from time to time.

I use a Stays Put. I like it better than the DeSantis, which I also have, because it is closed on the end and keeps more lint out of the pistol. It is also more comfortable. I've never released the magazine.

Another vote for Remora, but I want to recommend (as I always do) Mika pocket holsters. His website sucks, but the quality of product is excellent. It prints the least of any holster I own, stays in the pocket, and allows a good grip on the firearm. I have one for my CM9, Ruger SP101, and soon to be PM45. I have an Elite Survival PH-2 for my CM40. Should work with a CM9. See it on Amazon:

A basic Uncle Mike's soft pocket holster is the most comfortable I've found. I use a size #4 so the gun is slightly loose- so I can draw without the holster coming out with the gun.

I mentioned the Alabama Holster front pocket model that has served me so well. When I clicked on thelawless1's link on the previous page, I noticed that they are also now making a rear pocket model. I may have to add one of those to the "stable" for the couple pairs of pants I wear that have tighter front pockets. What a hobby... I answer your question, and in the end, it costs me more money! :2rolleyes:

I don't carry my pm9 in my pocket often ..usually iwb, but if and when I do carry in my pocket, have to say +1 for the Mika. Not as bulky as the Remora, doesn't print, and stays put when I draw. It doesn't look like much but it really does the job. I had bought a Galco pocket holster first and found it way too bulky. Recommend the Remora or pj holster for iwb if you choose to carry that way.
