Try one of these till you find what you like. I used this everyday appendix for a few years with no complaints. I just used a black sharpie to blacken the brown leather at the top.

Kusiak Leather. They had them in stock, I received it only 3 or 4 days after ordering.

So impressed, I also bought the tuckable version for my PM45. I got that one on ebay, $39 shipped.
