I put 50 rounds of Rem 95gr fmj through it with only 2 issues. 1st and 3 rounds failed to feed- other than that no issues.
I did fair at 7 yds, okay at 15, and a few on paper at 30 yds.
Normally I point shoot....but since this was the first time shooting this gun- I actually tried to hit the bulls eye. These targets are on 8.5x11 paper. 6" target with a 3" bulls eye.

Great shooting. Hopefully you won't need to be self-defense shooting at 30 yards.

Sounds like you got a good one, that's great!

I do think that bulls eye shooting should come first with a new gun and then the point shooting.

Good job - glad it smoothed out quickly, and hope it gets better.

Shot another 50 rounds today with poor results- 41 WWB 95 gr flat nose and 9 Rem jhp 88gr . Had at least 50% fail to feed and 1 fail to extract.
The slide kept locking back...and I suspect that I was either pushing up on the slide lock with my thumb or the the slide lock spring was out of place.
Pulled it apart and tried to set the spring in the right place- just can not see it once pin is in. But if I hold the slide back- the release lever has spring tension on it.

I'm gonna go out and try 50 more Rem 95 fmj shortly. We'll see.

50 more rounds of Rem 95gr fmj- 1st 3 rounds slide locked back....Changed my thumb position to down- and next 47 rounds went through with no issue.
Most of what I called FTF's above are actually slide locks. Either the slide lock spring is too weak, or my thumb is too big.
I understand that the jhp and flat nose may cause feed issues on a new gun breaking in- and some of those ftf's were real.
Total round count now 150.

Keep workin' on it, Higgy Baby.

I've only had mine out for the one range session posted earlier. As I noted, mine ran great with the Remington fmj & Hornady CD, but wouldn't even make one WWB round go bang.

Mine has been 100% through about 250 rounds. There were no WWB in that number though. I don't think I'll be buying any WWB anytime soon.

Me neither, but I have about 400 rounds of the WWB - will shoot that up in my other .380s.
