The LCP has turned out to be the perfect pocket pistol for me. So what did I do? I bought a second one.

Good guns, now put the Galloway Trigger in it and have a great gun.

Congrats, that's a nice looking "second generation" LCP. Is the poly that color or is the frame painted?
I might have to dig my first gen out of the safe and run some rounds through it.:)

Greg

I tried to talk a guy out of an LNIB one at a show last month. He said he got 2 of them also. However, he was looking to swap it for something and would not sell it. I tried anLC9 and liked it alot. Carried for a year. My son wanted it real bad , so I let him have it. It was just a bit big, so the LCP would have been a bit better. For now, I am using a CW45, bit will still be looking for the LCP, used of course. I'm too cheap to buy a new one.

The poly is that color. Ruger calls it "flat dark earth".

A beauty.
Nothing wrong with duplicate carry pistols. That way you can always carry one and have the other one in the range bag for practice. (Now you need a rationale for a third.)

I am think of getting the new 2015 LCP model with the custom trigger and better sights. This is Ruger-made and sold retail:

I thought about getting a new one with a SS slide, but bought the CT380 instead.

Will probably give my old 1st Gen LCP to one of my kids or grandkids.
