Having put over 300 rounds through my new CM9 without one issue, I find the only slight draw back is I cannot see the front sight very well. Much of this is due to my 60+ year old eyes.
Since this gun is a keeper, how well has your front sight replacement held up? There does not appear to be numerous options, I am considering the Kahr offering shown on the Kahr websight.

Sparx, A couple things...
First that link is old and that $30 09' front sight only is not available anymore.
You can still get just the front Trijicon @ $50 or the whole set @$80.
I have the front only on two of my Kahrs, a CM9 and CW9 for a few years now and they are holding up fine.
That said...If you are looking for better daytime, normal light sighting then keep looking. IMO the Trijicon front is worse (harder to pick up fast) then the standard stock white dot that you have now. Now of course in low light/no light they are an improvement over stock.
In addition to the C series sights available on Kahr shop...
You can also get night sights and fiber optic sights for the C series Kahrs from Dawson Precision.
XS also makes the Big dot sights for them, but requires you send them the slide for in$tallation.
Ameriglo said they are working on making Kahr sights, but they are not available yet.
You may also want to consider a laser sight. I have Crimson trace laser guards on my CM9 and CW9 also, and like them a lot. YMMV.
