CW380 Nightsights

Purchased the Trijicon nightsights for the CW380 on Kahrs website. The sights arrived about 4 days later, but missing the attachment screw for the front sight. It was also marked with 2014 markings. It took three attempts on Monday to get in contact with somebody at Kahr. When I did, they weren't very personable. I started by telling them that I'm missing some parts, the screw for the front sight. Supposedly he will send that little screw to me in the mail. Has anybody else experienced bad customer service with them? It was a very odd, strange conversation. Hopefully they will send the screw in a few days.

That would likely be Ian...although I forget the actual spelling of his first name. He comes off a bit rough around the edges but he should take care of you. Not all of their folks are like that.

My recent experience with kahr customer service has been good. They fixed one trouble in a week, and they mailed my free mag for my new gun in one business day.

Now that i have covered my bases keep in mind that you are calling Mass. and if you have any accent other than NE or sound funny in any other way you may get an odd response (dont ask me how I know that). Also if they are pi$$ed at their co-worker you may get that response too. Maybe shipping has been messing up orders and they're about fed up with it. As long as I can stay cool and they dont make it personal I'd let them slide. Just my 2 cents for what it's worth.

My experience has been good, too. Maybe they could do a better job of selecting people with better people skills, but they've taken care of me. After my third broken striker, someone even phoned me to discuss the problem and review the ammo I'd been using...didn't solve any problems, but a good thing to do. The guy even remarked what a sweet shooter my P380 is...he's right, and that's why I'll keep it!
