Problems with my New P380

Bought a P380 this winter for my EDC. Generally I'm pretty happy with the way this gun shoots.
I am having two problems with the gun. I generally only use the 6 rd mag +1 in the chamber. This is a serial # RDXXXX frame
Problem one is the gun some time will not cycle between the 1st and 2nd round. This happens about 50% of the time. It will eject the first one just fine but the 2nd round will get jammed. Using FMJ Ammo
2nd problem is when I went to shoot it yesterday. First round fired fine, second round light strike, gun locks up and I have difficulty getting the round to clear. Gun then light strikes again. Same problem, have difficulty getting the gun to clear.
This is still a very new gun with only about 150 rounds down it. Does anyone have any insight on why this would happen?

My first thought would be to change ammo.
Mine really had issues with the 100 grain ammo. Just about 100%- did some filing on slide lock and reduced it quiet a bit. 90 and 95 grain go through with no issues- so I just don't use 100 gr any more.

Could be the magazine spring causing the failure to feeds. You could try gently stretching the magazine spring.
No clue on the light strikes. You are likely in the same boat as most of us and the pistol is destined to be headed in for service.

I'm wondering when Kahr will begin including prepaid service/repair shipping labels with their guns.

Most likely a problem with the mag. Try starting with the chamber empty and the mag full, see if it loads and fires all 6 rounds in the mag. I had a similar problem with an extended 7 round mag and Kahr just swapped it out for a new one. No issues since.
