I posted this over in the 380 section, but did not get any responses.

Does anyone have a CT380 and a CW/Pm380, and can test if the barrel will fit from the CT?

Function test would be awesome, and if it fits I might just buy a barrel to try out.

Thanks,

Matt

I have a CT380, but not a CW380.

You planning on threading the longer barrel to fit a suppressor?

Jeff Quinn (GunBlast) reported a jump from 887 to 892 fps for Stryker FP (0.5%), 821 to 842 for Remington hollowpoint (2.5%), 832 to 841 for Atomic (1%). Honestly I expected more. The general expectation for Glock 42 is about 5..7% increase over competitors such as CW380, but apparently CT380 won't do that.

P.S. Jeff also looked at Browning 1911-380, and: Stryker 960 (+8%), Atomic 1034 (+24%). I suspect something must be fishy with some of this numbers, for example Remington's JHP weight went from 88 grain to 102 grain. The Browning has a 4" barrel.

Were those averages or just single shot comparisons? Was this CT380 vs CW380?
