I have an all black 44Mag Desert Eagle. I couldn't find pics of samples that have swapped out barrels and/or slides with different finishes. For example, if I wanted to buy a 50AE barrel, I'd wonder if paying a little more for a shiny one would be worthwhile if it looks nice on the black frame and slide. From my rough photoshopping, I'm kind of digging the chrome slide on everything else black. I'm going to have my slide chromed in the near future but might just leave the barrel black.

Here are some chopped images that might help someone out there. I only worked with the black, polished chrome, and gold, I figured it'd be a waste of time meddling with the slight shades of silver for matte chrome, brushed chrome, satin nickel, bright nickel, etc or the two slightly different golds.

Stock images, see following posts for the chopped color combos

Wow!! Couldn't help it but when the solid gold one came my mind began the "Gold Finger" theme. I like it.

I like the chrome one with the black slide.

Please tell me you have a polished chrome XIX and would love to trade for my black slide, because I'm liking the opposite scheme (all black, chrome slide) :D

An acquaintance of mine carry s a gold 50 in a shoulder rig.

Beautiful beast.

I've only shot the 44 and 357, both were excellent. Love to own one.

Photoshopped on the Hogue Aluminum Silver Checkered grips I have coming in. Currently has the Hogue rubber w/finger grooves which are definitely nicer for shooting, but it'll spend more time on display than being shot.
